Kathleen Betts
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Kathleen Betts is senior vice president, Human Resources for ModusLink Global Solutions. Kathy leads the global human resources organization by working across the company to establish talent strategy, including organizational development, recruitment and rewards. She brings to the company strong leadership skills, a business-centered approach to human resources and a track record of translating corporate objectives into actionable talent practices.
Kathy has more than two decades of human resources management experience across the technology, healthcare and consumer products industries. Prior to joining ModusLink, Kathy was vice president of human resources at Novell, Inc., where she was responsible for assuring the strategic alignment of human resources programming across its businesses which spanned more than 30 countries worldwide. Previous to Novell, Kathy was the top human resources leader at Stratus Technologies, Lightbridge, and Peritus Software Services.
Kathy earned a Master of Science in social work and a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from Boston College. She is an active member in professional organizations such as the Human Resources Leadership Forum and the Boston Club, and is a trustee of Ellis Memorial, Inc.
